The Foundation receives a large amount of requests from the Pittsburgh and Southwestern Pennsylvania area.  This leaves very limited funding for programs outside of our primary geographic focus.  

Therefore, as listed within the Snee-Reinhardt Charitable Foundation By-laws, precedence is given as follows:

• Pittsburgh 
• Southwestern Pennsylvania 
• Northern West Virginia

​Precedence is then given to organizations within:

• Northern Maryland
• The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
• The United States
