The Foundation receives a large amount of requests from the Pittsburgh and Southwestern Pennsylvania area that increase every year.  This leaves limited funding for programs outside of our primary geographic focus area. 

Therefore, precedence is given as follows:

• Pittsburgh 
• Southwestern Pennsylvania 
• Northern West Virginia​
• Northern Maryland
