Application
The Snee-Reinhardt Charitable Foundation requests that all organizations submit with their Grant Request Application the following documentation:
1. A complete description of the project detailing the purpose and objectives
2. Procedures to be followed implementing the project
3. An itemized budget for the project
4. A list of donors being pursued if seeking funds from other sources
5. A copy of the organization's tax-exemption declaration
6. A professionally prepared financial statement
7. A list of the organization's Board of Directors
8. A list of corporate or foundation donors within the last year
All requests are reviewed by the Board of Directors using a preliminary screening method. A copy of the Grant Request Summary (found in the Grant Request Application) is given to each Director on a per month basis. If there is not adequate interest, the request is automatically declined and the organization is notified. Those organizations whose request is reviewed at the Board meeting will be notified within two weeks of that meeting to inform them of the Board's decision.
